R.C. 3701.0210 declares the Subcommittee "not" subject to the Sunset Review Law, but Am. Sub. H.B. 516 of the 125th G.A., and Sub. S.B. 171 of the 129th G.A., renewed the Subcommittee as if it were so subject.
Qualifications
Medically Handicapped Children's Medical Advisory Council appoints at least 5 persons who have hemophilia or who are family members of persons with hemophilia, at least 5 persons who are providers of health care services to persons with hemophilia, and at least 5 persons who are experts in fields of importance to treatment of persons with hemophilia, including infectious diseases, insurance, and law. Members must represent all geographic areas of Ohio.
