Qualifications
Of the 4 members appointed by Governor, 2 must have been engaged in business as a motor vehicle salvage dealer, or salvage motor vehicle auction or pool in Ohio for at least 5 years and engaged in the business within the preceding 2 years, and 2 must represent the public and cannot have been engaged in any such business. Not more than 2 from same political party. Registrar of Motor Vehicles or the Registrar's designee serves as an ex officio member.
