The GRF ended the first half of FY 2016 in good shape.  
Tax receipts were essentially on target with estimate.  
GRF Medicaid expenditures were $226 million (2.4%) below estimate.  
All-funds Medicaid expenditures were $523 million (4.0%) below estimate.

GRF sources mainly consist of state tax revenue (64%) and federal grants (35%) but also include some state  
non-tax revenue and transfers in.
