Fellowship Directory Update Form

The online LSC fellow directory lists a fellow's name, the college or university and the degree(s) the fellow received prior to becoming a fellow and a photograph if provided. Any other information provided through this form will not be included in the directory, but may be used for other LSC publications, with your permission, to connect current fellows with former follows and to share updates about the program.
