Boards and Commissions

5 members appointed by the Director of Commerce as follows: 1 member who possesses either a class I water supply operator certification or a class I wastewater works operator certification; 1 member who has expertise and background in public health; 1 member who has been appointed as a local fire chief; 1 member who is a manufactured home park operator; and 1 member who is either a manufactured housing dealer or a salesperson. 1 member appointed by the Speaker of the House and 1 member appointed by the President of the Senate. The members appointed by the legislative leaders must be public members who have no pecuniary or fiduciary interest in the manufactured housing industry in this state, and who are not members of the Ohio manufactured homes association or any successor entity. The Director of Commerce must consider any recommendations made by the Ohio Manufactured Homes Association, or any successor entity, for any appointments.
