Boards and Commissions

The Director of the Governor's Children's Initiatives; The Director of Health, or the Director's designee; The Director of Mental Health and Addiction Services, or the Director's designee; The Medicaid Director, or the Director's designee; The Superintendent of Public Instruction, or the Superintendent's designee; The Executive Director of the Governor's Office of Faith-Based and Community Initiatives, or the Executive Director's designee; The Executive Director of the Commission on Minority Health, or the Executive Director's designee; Members selected by the Director of the Governor's Children's Initiatives, including at least one member who is a parent of a child with mental illness and one or more members from each of the following: (a) The Ohio Children's Hospital Association, (b) The Ohio Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics, (c) The Ohio Children's Alliance, (d) The National Alliance on Mental Illness of Ohio, (e) Federally qualified health centers, (f) Community behavioral health services providers, (g) Boards of alcohol, drug addiction, and mental health services, (h) Primary and secondary schools.
